I really fancy venturing back towards the end of Feb or early March. Saturdays are easier for me but being a single lady I’m nervous going in alone, been with friends before

No need to be nervous, as you've been before you already know what a friendly place it is.

Only thing to remember is that single men aren't allowed in Saturday evenings after about 7:30pm so if that is what you're looking for earlier in the day will be better.

I'm considering a visit this Friday, they are my favourite days

Whilst I'm 100% sure you'll have no problems at all meeting people there on the day if you did want someone to meet I'd be more than happy to do so, all I'd ever ask in return is a smile
