The only choice in London is to go to a swinging club (like Kestrel/AbFab at Heathrow) where there is a dedicated cinema inside the club.

Ive just come from Empire. It is very friendly. It has a website. I suggest go on to that for info. The clients are mainly guys over 50. Couples go in occasionally. There are 3 private cinema rooms with locks on the doors if you want to have some fun. Leave the doors unlocked if you like company.
