Any recommendations for any Clubs that offer daytime facilities or sauna/hot tubs etc and do they get busy? TIA

Kestrels near Heathrow, Eureka's in Kent, Chameleons Darlaston are the ones I am aware of being open during the day and offering spa facilities. Regarding those places being busy- it's not guaranteed. Also, depends what you mean by 'busy'.
