It's a gay, male only hotel. Had a very seedy reputation in the 80's/90's. Not sure how it is now. Google is your friend.

Male only hotel. Once went for a late drink and won’t let any ladies in.

I've heard it does let tvs in. I prefer chaps myself

It is a guys only hotel as well but tvs definately get in this one. I've been there a few times. If you are after somewhere really really cheap try peek-a-booze

It's bed only there and costs around £15 a night. You do get what you pay for. It's definately not flash but the entertainment is top class

We stay at The Boulevard, best hotel in Blackpool imo. Then you can visit other place's for there and come back to your own little oasis x

We have was a great afternoon chatting in the bar area then before and after heading to a club. The room was clean the people were friendly and the breakfast soaked up the alcohol which is all we want from a hotel that we will only be sleeping in for a couple of hours.
