FabSwingers.com forum: Gran canaria swinging

We're possibly looking to book maspalomas in Gran Canaria in March 2020. Can anyone advise if swinging clubs are plentiful and this is the right place to stay? We don't fancy staying at the swinging resorts, and just want to dip in/out throughout the week as we feel like it.

Any information appreciated, we've searched the forums but couldn't find anything that helped.

The Cita centre is where it’s at for swingers clubs. The Yumbo (5mins away) has all the bats and show bats/clubs in play del ingles.

The main singers club would be secrets, fun for all us next door.

Both nice enough clubs but be aware most single guys there will most likely be the taxi drivers and waiters at the end of a shift

We’re going in March this year (end March into April).

Not been this early before, but was out there in October and was very busy. We’re expecting March to be similar. Still good weather and lots of good clubs and bars.

We stay at Gold by Marina, great hotel.

Fun4all was brilliant this year for us.

As said the gold hotel is where a lot of swingers stay that dont fancy a swingers resort however we love La Mirage as it's so laid back and you can easily pick to get involved or not in any play. We have made some great friends there over the years.

We don't know about March as never been then. May to Oct is quiet though. We head out there in a few weeks then again in May and Oct.

As has been said already, The Cita is where the clubs are with Imagine and Come Back being the main meeting points. Club wise, there are loads but most seem to go to Secrets or Fun4all.

Secrets has recently had a makeover (the couples bed is HUGE) and is more of a play club where as Fun4all is more social, both are good clubs in different ways. Hopefully on our travels this year we can try Moonlight which is supposed to be another great club with a more local vibe.

That’s carnival week, it will be heaving with locals and people from all over GC. Believe me when I say it takes 40 mins to get from one side of the yumbo to the other at carnival.

I’m going specifically for carnival xx

Considering going to Sandy Beach Hotel, it has 3 Nude terraces and is close the the swingers clubs and nudist beach, not sure the weather looks so hot for beginning of March.

Otherwise will go to Temptations in Cancun Mexico we have been 3 times.

There are still loads of swingers there in June, though not as many as October to March. If you put on “who’s nearby”, plenty will come up. Also check the PDI June threads from last year, you’ll see hundreds of Brits and Irish went.

It's not dead in june,quieter yes,but certainly not dead,it's all year round,just certain months tend to be considerably busier

Interested to know if anyone has been to any of the hotels 4/5 star that allow:

full nude or topples or are adult only with swingers in mind

Sandy Beach state that they have 3 terraces for nude sunbathing

Not looking for bungalows or private rent

The only places with swingers in mind are the swingers resorts,la mirage and Venus star.

Anywhere that promotes nude sunbathing is just that,nude sunbathing.

Swinging and nude sunbathing are two very different lifestyle choices

Weve been in March. Busy in the week. Busier with locals at the weekend weather was good

Go to imagine bar, comeback bar and Patricia's in Cita. Clubs in Cita ~ secrets and fun4all

Yumbo ~ cheap drinks. Some good restaurants and drag shows. Again a great meeting place

Moonlight dreams and 2 x 2 also are good

Day passes for venus star are excellent. Foid, drink and fun

If you sunbathe in the swingers part if the beach ~ kiosk 4 area~ Sometimes some fun later on... and the dunes

You will love it. Get booking

In your bed

We went in May and whilst not peak season for swingers there were plenty out there.

We went to the beach during the day. Whilst there was no playing on the beach, the section we sunbathed in tended to have more swingers there to chat to.

Think it was kiosk 4,next to the 'gay' area. Again not designated but tended to draw more of a similar sexuality.

There was some swinging in the dunes.

Cita centre is where most clubs are but there are others elsewhere.

We went to secrets, it was fairly busy and had a good atmosphere. We did not speak a word of the lingo and met a German couple who could not speak a word of English. But some dancing together and body language and we were able to muddle our way through.

Anyway had great fun.

Was unusual to find a few different clubs in the same centre, but seems to work for them. Secrets is ideally placed as you don't have to wander around the basement area of cits centre as it's right near the entrance.

We did go further for an explore but we're forewarned that one of the clubs was a strip club not a swingers club.

Either way hope you have a great time.

We can only go by our experience and I can tell you it was dead! and in all the clubs it was us and if we was lucky 2 other couples and everyone we spoke to told us to come back in October.
