We are a late forties / early 50’s couple thinking of maybe going to a swingers club. Neither of us has been to one before. The wife has decided she may want to dip her toes. The questions are:- We don’t want to go to a club and be out number by people a lot younger, are we too old for this. We live roughly in the Rufford Abbey area of Notts, and wondered what would be the best club to go to as newbies...???

When are you thinking of going. We are lucky in this area as we have plenty of clubs within a nice drive.

Also do you want a club you have to dress down ( IE to sexy wear or towels) or one you can stay dressed in.

Are you looking for a club with a hot tub.. plenty of private rooms etc

Most clubs I've been to have a mix of ages though..

Your near enough to me that if it's a local one and I'm going. I don't mind showing you around and introducing you to people

Probably a club we can stay dressed in. We aren’t wanting to rush in to it. Nothing to drastic but a nice friendly atmosphere and not being surrounded by males...

A Saturday evening at Atlantis in Stoke would suit you. Members from mid twenties to a lovely gent aged 70. Majority of the members are mid 30s to mid 50s.

No having to get undressed. Very friendly and safe , well run club. I am 55 and dont feel out of place there. Contact me if you want any specific information.

There is also the Attic in derby.. Its a big club but very friendly and something for everyone. No membership.. and many private rooms as well as lots of fantastic themed areas.

As i said in my original post in the East midlands we are spoiled.. there is quite a few although my personal experience is limited to the Attic.

You could also go to quest in leeds.. you can i believe stay dressed there in the social area..

La Chambre in Sheffield is a night club for swingers, it is not a dress down club, the main bar and dance floor is on the ground floor, with play rooms upstairs and a very large dungeon down stairs. It is a very relaxed club and you can take everything at your own pace.

The pool and sauna area are a good place to relax and get to know people.

It is free membership and a licensed bar .

The 2nd and 4th Saturday are couples only if you don’t want any single guys .

The Attic is near you, we're in our fifties and don't feel old there. Plus you can stay dressed all night anywhere in the club (except the naked playroom)
