Used by people who can't have sex at home because they are married to other people or have children, parents, housemates etc living with them ?

Used by threesomes or more somes who don't want strangers joining in ?

Used by bi men who aren't comfortable having sex in public ?

Lots of reasons

This shows people are not following the rules. NO IS NO. I may be wrong, there shouldn't be any privacy in swingers club.

Someone said people use private room just to avoid others interference. That is why I said it means they are not following rules

When you go to the toilet in a club do you shut the cubicle door to avoid other's interference ? Or do you consider this against the rules too ?

Not everyone is comfortable with having sex in the open, for everyone to watch or even try to join. That's why, in most of the swingers clubs, there is a choice of open play areas, couples only room(s) and private rooms. If you've got a problem with that, OP, choose clubs that only have open space areas. Though probably there you'd be complaining you can't access couples only rooms

Sometimes I want to fuck someone privately, you don't get to say what should or shouldn't happen. Seriously, who do you even think you are to say people shouldn't have privacy in a club?

I don't understand why there shouldn't be any privacy. Of course there should be. There is also the option of not being private for people who want that.

People want a range of different things from their visits to clubs, and clubs cater for that.

You do know that open play does not mean that anyone can join in, uninvited, right?

It really is none of your business if other people want to play privately.

Or are you pissy because you were denied some action or an opportunity to watch?
