Hi guys, I'm off to quest tonight on my own, first time solo in a club and I'm nervous and excited at the same time!

Any tips or advice to calm the nerves part? xx

Best advice although only advised men so far is to just embrace it,go in and get chatting and you should be fine. Hope you enjoy it.x

Hi Lulu. Was also considering going along to Quest for the first time tonight. Really don’t don’t know what to expect, so at least you won’t be alone as a newbie! Can provide each other with moral support!

Tell the staff you are new and you will get the eye opening tour. Just remember we were all new once but everyone is so friendly and nice so as long as you aren't a wallflower you will have a blast.x my second visit tonight

At dressing down guys go for towel,shorts or boxers.

They give you a towel as you enter. Most blokes wear towels. Towels or boxer shorts. They’re the only really 2 options for us men
