Really sorry if I’m repeating what others have already asked... Thinking of going to Kestrels during the day next week.

1) What do I wear? Or do I have to be completely nude?

2) Are there private playrooms? Are they lockable? And do they get filled up quite quickly?

3) What sort of ID do I need to bring for membership?

1)Daytime is nude can wear towel

2)There are are lockable play rooms some with viewing window

3) 2 ID 1 photographic and utility Bill as proof of address

Can bring your own gown they will supply a towel!

2) Are there private playrooms? Are they lockable? And do they get filled up quite quickly?

Only 1 private room it's not like the last place as couples used to abuse it and use kestrels as a cheap alternative to a hotel room, so they have only put on lockable private room!

3) What sort of ID do I need to bring for membership?

Photo ID and proof of address IE bank statement.

Think all the kit from the old dungeon has been set up in one of the rooms at the new venue. Including the giant spider.

Doesn't really look like a dungeon, but it's all usable.

There are at least three private lockable rooms and three cabins which are lockable but not private.

I went during the day on Friday 23rd. I had previously visited the old Kestrels on 3 separate occasions and had a fantastic time.

I had traveled up from Bournemouth but because of all the positive reviews that are on here I felt confident that it would be a good day,

WRONG ! The venue needs a lot of work, nothing is working at the moment ie the steam rooms or hot tubs ! The pool is cold and area is not great. The workmen/staff constantly looking at you through the glass hoping to see some fun. To make things worse I had the place to myself. The old Kestrels was busy maybe because it had the garden too. I’m sure once everything is working and the place is cleaned up and busy it will be great again ! But for me paying £60 to sit in a cold swimming pool was not a great experience! Maybe other daytimes are better? I won’t be returning anytime soon sadly! Beware of the reviews on here as some are slightly exaggerated!!

Just thought I would add my two pence worth because I don’t think people are giving Kestrels a fair chance. Yes the club has some teething problems since opening like a damp smell in the changing rooms, an unfinished dungeon and work in progress on the jacuzzi area.

But I like to look at the positives and am incredibly glad the owners and management got kestrels reopened. I like the layout and think the pool is great and hasn’t been cold on the occasions I have been so far. The cinema room is great and has been some good fun in there with couples and singles. The cabin playrooms with glass windows and mirrors are great, also reminiscent of the cabins at the old kestrels. I’m an avid voyeur and love to watch couples if they are having a bit of fun. A lot of couples like to be watched. And yes sometimes I do wank while watching, I don’t see any problem with that. Single men pay top dollar to go to clubs, and this is one of the best clubs open day and night in London area. As for daytimes after talking to others members, it’s Monday and Wednesday that are apparently the busiest.

Overall, yes it’s a work in progress, but come winter time when Eureka’s fields and woods are deserted, Kestrels warm indoor club will come into its own.

Does anyone know what time they are open to tomorrow. I had an email that said due to bank holiday that they were open late. How late is late? No further details on the website. I have to work during the day but fancied a dip in the pool after.

Just to add you can save trouble getting membership by filling in a form online before hand but you need a gmail account.

The venue isn't quite finished yet. The hottubs aren't plumbed in but the pool is nice and warm.

Had an enjoyable few hours there yesterday, it can't be compared to the old Kestrel, its a new venture that is quite different to the old place. Its a large club which I guess could give the impression of it being quiet without large numbers there. Pool was very warm, 33 - 34 at a guess. Hot tubs not quite ready but the Hit Tub room looked like it would be very good. The lounge, cinema and dance floor is what will make this club so much better than others. With a bar and a large venue like this it should really come into its own as time progresses.

Have to say the single guy fee of £50 while its still picking up will put some people off given the ratio of couple to single guys. Yesterday seemed to attract a lot more single guys than couples so found it hard to justify the £50 entry with so few couples.

It would appear then that the entry fee for couples is too high if there were not enough of them!!!

As always it depends on who's there. At the old Kestrel there were more often than not a few couples and single ladies in attendance so the price was ok for me. If its just me with a few other naked males then its an expensive spa visit.

I hope in time enough people re-find it and it can create the same amazing vibe as the last place. Its a big venue and needs to have quite a few people in it to be good. Having the new hot tubs and steam room up and running will definitely help

I haven't done an evening at the new venue yet but I would imagine it would be fantastic when full at the weekend parties.

You have to bare in mind that they are taking your money for what is currently a substandard venue. Low numbers speaks volumes. I/we won't be returning until serious improvement has taken place and it becomes far better value than it currently is and they can start with that God awful smell in the locker room.

I was there all day yesterday, had a fun day but it could have been busier. Was at a packed Eurekas the day before which would have still been pulling a crowd due to the weather. In a couple more weeks when the weather cools and the tubs open, the crowds will shift. The new pool is lovely and everything else is falling into place.

Quite a lot but that's true of any club. Couple of girls and around ten couples.

That was a bank holiday though, so may be less other Mondays??

Admittedly we didnt arrive until 8pm but then there were no single ladies, two other couples and c10 single guys.

By the time we left only one hour later it had thinned out even more.

This club has huge issues with its facilities (and lack of in some cases) that unless things change and quickly it will not survive
