somewhere

How do members deal with child care when they want to visit a club for the night?

My other half and I have a child together and only one set of grandparents who are within what could be called a reasonable driving distance.

Do people ask their usual baby sitter to stay until gone 2~3am, or do you cut short your club visit and return home by 1am.

Near Bourne

Ask your sitter, they can either day yes or no. I am a childcarer and do babysitting on the side. I'd stay until that time of the night but would charge extra per hour after midnight.

Good luck, hope you sort something

Depends on how often you are going out. For the first 8 years we would have one or two nights out a year.

Our babysitters know where we go and that we swing. So they arrive about 7pm and stay until about 4 in the morning.

Our childcare is an overnight stay at his dad's, so we don't have a problem.

Hope you find something to suit your needs.
