We're going to go to the Heathrow kestrel on a Monday for the naturist spa.

We are completely new to all of this and was wondering if you could give us some tips.

Not been to the new one yet but the first piece of advice is to enjoy yourselves. Relax, test the facilities and chill out. The staff will be very happy to show you around and anything you may be nervous about they will help you out. Expect to get interest from some of the single males that will inevitably be there but as long as you are clear about what your wishes are then you should be just fine. Hope you have a great time!
