I went a couple of years ago. Enjoyed it, but it is a bit like a posh exotic sexy Butlins

Just come back a couple of weeks ago, we have been going for 20 years and seen huge changes.

If you want a fun time then go we would say it’s worth the long flight and every penny, we always have a blast.

Recommend you check what groups are going on the dates you want to see if it’s your type of people going, although not all groups obviously.

Now...

Rooms outside can look a bit Butlins like but inside they have had a makeover, huge comfy beds, mirrors on the ceiling, nice bathrooms, tv with porn lol and super cool air con.

Pool areas...lots of them nude or not but more of a party scene going on with the entertainment staff and guests... it gets rauncut

Beach ... very well kept with beach sports, sailing, diving, snorkelling etc. Warm water which is crystal clear

Drinks ... all premium brand ie grey goose vodka, too much choice really and as much as you want practically 24/7

Food ... main restaurant buffet style with various food stations ie pasta all cooked to order. Italian waiter service. Japanese

Waiter service, steak house in the beach waiter service, then pool bar food including midnight buffets

Gym fully kitted out

Spa area which they turn into a play rooms at night some areas looking at the stars

Various bars, eg piano bar for sing along lots of fun, been naked on there a time or two lol

Theme nights like glow pool party etc

Loads of entertainment day and night

Oh and a disco until 5am

Play beds around the resort, I could go on, guess you can tell we are team Hedo lol

So fill the resort with hotties what more do you want?

It was just slightly more downmarket than I was expecting. But my standards are unusually high (so high, that I am probably the only person who has ever been there for a week and remained completely celibate). I had a good holiday though, the resort is well run and I loved walking around naked. The only way to find out if you like it is to go, that's what I did. I had been curious about the place for years

Oh we have standard but for Hedo you have too just look past the exterior of the rooms, everything else there is now nothing less than 5 star. It’s got a new owner an he’s making a good job of updating the place, go online and have a look, there’s more jacuzzi rooms and a play room near the large hot tub on the price side.

We usually travel with lots of friends so have a blast but also make lots of other friends, we also have standards on who we become friends with, young swingers week is a good time to go.

This time we travelled with our friends from Carolina but had two days on our own at first, the place was packed no spare rooms and there always seems somebody there that you can become close friends with

We just love the whole vibe, we went for 2 weeks one year and had only 28 hours sleep in that time, to scared of missing something lol and having fun to sleep

Let’s just say if you want full 5 star where people sit around preening themselves, all in bed by 10pm and don’t speak to anyone incase they crease their make up then go to San Souci or similar instead, we went there absolutely stunning yes but we asked to be moved to Hedo because we were bored lol

Hedo is the place if you want an amazingly fun time, great food, great drink, great people and a great time with non stop party atmosphere (unless you are top end of the prude side where it’s quiet and chilled) then it’s Hedo all the way simple as that. Like I said the only thing which you can pick fault with is the look of the rooms outside but eh who sits looking at the room? Especially at Hedo when there’s so much more to look at

I have to say I have had far more fun at any other non-swinging resort I have been to in the Caribbean. The islands generally all have a relaxed liberated vibe and attract lots of sexually open people. But then I don't pretend to be a swinger.

Not getting into a debate about it, we have visited lots of other Caribbean resorts also but find everyone goes to bed at 10pm, we like to party until the early hours so not for us.

Not quite sure on your comment of pretending to be a swinger? Who is? Are you getting personal? We have been in the lifestyle for 24 years and experienced a wide variety of experiences in the swinging world and what we have learned from it is we like what we like not what somebody says we should like. If your not getting personal and commenting on Hedo then maybe it was not your cup of tea but we have found it the most amazing place to visit the last 22 years and made true swinger friends that we are still in contact with from 2002, not just one couple but lots.

Eh? I think you misconstrued what I said. I am not claiming to be a swinger, I wasn't referring to anyone else. If Hedonism II suits you, then great. I have preferred other resorts I have visited. I am sure a single woman travelling alone will have different criteria from a long-term swinging couple.

We have been and going again in December. Place rocks and we love it. You could make comments about anywhere you go. We just look at the positive and not who goes that may be not to our taste. Still nice people who ever goes and if a people's person would take the time to get to know others. We did but did not mean to say we want to fuck them all.

It's what you make it and with all Hedo has to offer if you can't take positives then why bother. So much different to Butlins and full of adult entertainment.

Looking forward to December.....

If people are nervous about going you can stay nearby instead and get a day or evening pass. Hedo is next door to Sandals and you can just walk along the beach and ask the security guard to let you through the gate. We’d certainly aim to stay at least a couple of nights if we were back in Negril as we had a fantastic time there.

We went for the first time in late 2019. Checked in at the gate and the security guard said "Welcome home". Thought "gah! What a cheesy bit of marketing". But it was true! Just the friendliest, most relaxed place we have ever been. Both staff and guests really get the right spirit. Made more friends there in 5 days than in 5 months anywhere else. (And I do mean friends not sex partners). Beautifully equipped place too. Can't wait to go back when Covid permits.

"Lots of ugly Americans"? One of the good things is that it's not judgemental about bodies. There was a huge range of looks there - from young hotties to a couple of 80 year olds - and all equally free and happy.
