Is abfabs getting into the club reviews now they are fully open for business ?

Or are they waiting till kestrel open ?

They're unlikely to get a review page on here due to past issues but with so many positive posts on several forum threads, word should get around.

Eagerly awaiting weekday opening too.

Well that's just silly, fabswingers is in my view a neutral ground for us swingers to connect and find clubs.

My new gf and I went to the grand opening last Saturday. First time she’s ever been involved in this world. We just stuck together. She was so nervous but within 1/2 hour she totally relaxed and said everyone was so respectful and as I’d told her she had no reason to worry.

Club was ok, now have to pay for drinks but they aren’t expensive at all. Ended up playing in pool and a bit in bar area. She said she would go back but would like somewhere a bit more stylish decor wise

Re them not being able to get reviews, that seems a bit harsh at the end of the day the only problem was a planning infringement. Surely that’s not for fab to judge

There was an issue in the past.

Similar names etc.

IMO Fabswingers will be being silly for want of a better word.

If they ban the new abfabs/Kestrels.

I don't think they will.

Its great to see Abfabs back in a different venue.

But the club means a lot to so many of us

We have just done club listing for Abfabs.

Anyone can suggest a club.

If I had twitter it would be #abfabs.

Its a new club and new venue no reason why past issues should matter.

Without wanting to stir up old long dead arguments. They -Abfabs, set up a site called abfabswingers which was meant to be about the Abfabs club only. But the Fabswingers got upset, banned them, and their lawyers issues desist notice against Abfabs.

Lets hope, going forward, common sense prevails, and we can post on this forum about a great swinging club thats in West London.

I know what the old issues were.

I was trying not to mention them

Remember being at Kestrels when it happened.

Its still a new club in a new venue

Mistakes may have been made in the past.

No reason for the new club not to be listed.

If I remember the name correctly.

It may have been an error of judgement on the old owners part.

But new club, new venue, new profile.

New beginning.

There were past issues in the old club / venue.

New club, new venue.

Abfabs/Kestrels was an important part of the scene.

Anyone who opens a club for swingers deserves all our support.

Its really hard work.

No we are not connected to the club, but open hotels, restaurants and spas so know licensing laws and the headaches. I'm sure an adult venue is on a different level.

All we can do as a community is support Abfabs kestrel when we can.

Im sure Fabswingers will show some common sense.

Ps if you report this post it will be read by Admin.

After loosing our only club in North Wales, my partner and I are trying to open a new club and hotel where it is really needed as our nearest club is over an hour and a half away. Any advice on the laws that govern such establishments and hotels and its pitfalls would be very much appreciated.

Managed to get to the new Abfabs last night.

Great venue, huge dance floor with and a large comfy bar/lounge.

Swimming pool looked very impressive!

Liked seeing the old cabins on the first floor - brought back some happy memories!

Nice to see some of the previous staff there, and they and the new staff members were very welcoming.

And ... we had no problem parking!

I think we are going to have some great times here.

Thanks to _kinnybird and the team for all the hard work getting this club off the ground!

Fab's a business why would it advertise a competitor?
