Hi, I renewed my membership at chams Newport in Friday and was told to collect my new card at the end of the night. I didn’t receive it and forgot to ask. I’ve just slightly panicked that they’ll send it to my house in the post which I really don’t want them to do - my kids open my post sometimes!! I’ve emailed the club and asked them not to and that il pick it up next time I’m in. Any thoughts?!

Phone them when it’s opened and actually speak to someone. Or message them through Fab if they have a username etc!
