Hmmm sounds like a plan we are doing the outside area up to just finishing a summer house at the moment then putting an outside hot tub in xxx

People can always cook their burgers etc. on our bbq

you could always hold a car boot sale [they seem very popular on sundays lol] for adults then everyone could try the new toys and clothes out in the club
