Usually its smart casual with shoes. But I'd check the website of tge club your going to for their dress code.

It all depends on which club you choose OP. They all have specific rules and dress code so it's best to check with your chosen club.

If it's a dress down club men usually wear boxers and/or a towel, ladies wear lingerie and/or a towel.

If it's a clothed club the dress code can vary a lot but it's usually smart casual - no trainers or sports wear for everyone. Most say women dress as sexy as you like.

Contact the club and ask or check what it says on their website.
