It’s not BS. We have been to see it. They’re working on it everyday. A lot of work to be done but its looking good. Good layout all on one floor.I think it will be mid to late April before it opens. Fingers crossed it’s sooner. We are really looking forward to it.

the work has over ran due to the lead water main broke so was a flood so there been more damp getting into a basement venue and this taken away funds and staff so it needs drying out before plastering in the area but due to over run the builder can`t just drop other jobs. Most of the jobs now are tidying up jobs like filling holes in floor or boxing in pipework and putting in a wall in the smoking area. venue will be open asap. it never wise to open before the little jobs are done dont you think?
