Nope, I was at last year's Xmas party.

Did hear a rumour today the owners aim to have a new venue open in the spring, but I'm skeptical on that front too. Quite happy to be proved wrong though.

That's a first, every Halloween, Christmas and New Year party I looked at on their website was "no single males allowed".

Only our Saturday parties and NYE was couples only. Single gents were welcome at every other party/event.

I'm dressed up in my sexy little dress with dimontee tights and heels sat in the living room watching how to renivate an axe .... Things I now do since abfabs has shut down .... Please reopen the club to save me.

It would be great to be able to go on here and see the progress of abfabs/kestrels by going on their pages. There is a gap in the market in the area they had their club and are planning to open.

I don't make those decisions. If you contact Admin from the contact button when the club is up and running and you want it listed they will be able to tell you

It would be great to know where to go for an update in the meantime, especially if FAB can only support clubs that are up and running. I wish you every success and hope to keep in touch and to attending in the future. Xx

Is there any kind of email list circulating for people that would rejoin if the club reopened in spring? We used to visit and there's nothing that wouldn't require an overnight trip, so we'd be very excited to follow the progress.

If i keep having to remove posts about donations I will have to shut the thread,to confirm, no one can ask for money on the site , it doesn't matter who they are.

I see that some think they need to promote there new venture,can’t think of a better way than contacting the sun newspaper and local news .should get the local residents and businesses interested perhaps the local hotels will support them after all when abfabs finish we could all pour into travelodge

From what I have seen there is a new place in the works and, although not on the same site, is not too far away (think I saw mention of a couple of miles). Will be great if they are able to get up and running again. Also looks like they have a web site which may give some details of progress although, based on the popularity of the previous club, I expect there will be regular threads on here about latest news.

There was a lot of back and forth on Facebook about it from one of the staff and a member. From how it reads it's not a lifetime membership as the building closed. Not 100% but didn't an email go out saying your membership will transfer?

The new premises have plenty of space and potential. Although we loved Kestrels, we dont miss the chilly walk we used to have from the hot tubs to the dungeon at the old place!

This is looking positive for Kestrels / Abfab reopening. This was the first club I went to way back in the days before Kestrels had even started. For me, I really enjoyed the daytime Kestrels side of things and hope they can bring that back to the area again.
