Going through the club reviews, I`ve often seen comments about things that have gone wrong and reviewers have given poor reviews. If there are problems with the fabric of the club e.g. door locks not working would it not be far easier and better for everyone if faults were reported to the duty staff who whilst they may not be able to do anything on the night, at least they could report the fault for the following morning? Faults may not be picked up by cleaning staff as they do ned to close/lock doors, have stronger lighting and the like.

So, in the future, if the toilet has run out of paper/soap, if a door won`t lock or anything else is wrong, please report it! It will help the club keep it`s standards up and make life much more pleasant for everyone!
