Each Club is different, check out the reviews section on here.

Some are more like normal bar/nightclub style with rooms for swinging others more spa type with hot tubs etc.

Nightclub style is usually dress to impress spa style dress in underwear or even less maybe with dressing gown.

Have a think about what you are looking for and are comfortable with.
