Hi there

Thinking of our first visit and was wondering when not in a pool or sauna for example are you able to wrap towel around you when walking?

Some do, some enjoy not wearing their towels as much.

You have to in some areas. Hope you have a great time. Such an amazing place, have had so many great times there.

They give you a towel, and will replace it as many times as you want, as you enter.

The only places you must cover up are the food areas, the ground floor basically. Elsewhere it's entirely up to you some people wander around holding the towel and others are covered up most of the time. The only other must is to sit on the towel in the saunas.

When are you going? I live five mins from

BGHS and would be happy to meet you there... The above comments are all correct though, it's really down to your comfort levels... I generally sling mine over my shoulder haha

Its an amazing place im a regular as allready mentioned it is up to you whether you cover up downstairs or not x
