Hopefully someone will be on who has links. Party pad is great but just not the same. Had some amazing times in Amour.

Those rumours have been doing the rounds for months. It’s unlikely an update will be forthcoming as the question has been asked umpteen times and ignored.

I'd normally agree but the person I have heard this from is good friends with one of the owners. They haven't said much more than not re opening though.

It's also finished at party pad aswell Stu we believe. No more amour on a Tuesday or Sunday either

SWING FELLOWS FUCKFEST parties starting at the Party Pad every Monday from the 6th of August.

Think I might give the first one a try.

That's really shit. Leaves a massive hole in the Manchester swinging scene that does. Leaves a lot of people with nowhere to go and feel for the people out of work. Went to Cupids (nearest thing now) on Thursday and though I really enjoyed it, it doesn't fill the gap and nor does it want too. Very sad day.

For anyone that never went to amour it was a true ragamuffin of a club. Welcomed in all sorts from all areas of life (to very unpredictable results) and gave many and myself memories that will last a lifetime. Brian, Dave, Lucy, Boo, Martin, Zoe, Steve. Hopefully I'll bump into you crazy cats again. Sincere thank you for the memories.
