Expect to see lots of people socialising and a fair bit of sex and to do whatever you like no pressure - play together in private, play together in the open, play with others, don’t play at all! Enjoy.

We can highly recommended Liberty Elite for a first club visit. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and there is no pressure. There is a smart dress code that means the club area feels just like visiting a normal club. Only the play areas have sexy antics going on. The staff are very friendly and always on hand to offer helpful advice. We have also found the members to be very friendly and sociable. Can't recommend it highly enough x

Another consideration could be The Vanilla Alternative in Tempsford near Bedford. It's an upmarket venue with licensed bar, massive hot tub and onsite hotel rooms for those that wish to stay over (maybe after a few drinks).

As first timers at a club, I would suggest a Saturday night when it's couples and single ladies only. Check out the pics on the club's website. Go to the CLUBS tab here and the end of the south east section. A link to the website is at the top of the page.

Some visitors use it purely as a social venue whilst others love playing with other couples, but visitors can decide to do as little or as much as they want to. There is no pressure and everyone is really friendly.

You can expect to find a complete mix of people and a lot will be a bit nervous about what is going to happen. Absolutely nothing is expected of you except for you to abide by the club rules.

You can get up to as little or as much as you want, the first time we went we didn't even play and the next few times was soft swap and just playing by ourselves as no one took our fancy.

The only tip we will give you is to do whatever makes you happy.

We go to clubs a lot. Social side is brilliant. No one expects anything from anyone. We go to clubs with no expectations except to have a good night in each others company. If we click with anyone things can get a little exciting to say the least. Best thing is to discuss your boundaries with each other, stick to them to avoid any confusion between the two of you. You will feel very nervous and very excited. Once in the club you will find it relaxing and much like any other bar, unless you pick a dress down on entry club that is. No always means no and staff in clubs are there to look after everyone so any problems approach the staff and they will help with everything. Hope you like clubs as much as we do. On top of this remember one thing. The difference between a regular night club and a swingers club is that in a swinger club people won't care what you wear, you won't be harassed by anyone ( even if what you are wearing is nothing but a smile)

And no means no.

Not like regular clubs where a simple no will not stop people from trying it on.

A good club will know you are first timers and should put you at ease straight away.

OP from your location I'd suggest the VA if you want a smart place and there's a hotel part too.

If you want somewhere small and friendly then try the New Paradise Club

Try cupids its a great feel like being in tge atmosphere of a nightclub with less clothes but everyones friemdly x

We found xtasia to much like a night club, our opinion it lacked the vibe of a swingers club
