If they intend to sell the property they will make a nice profit on what they originally paid for it, maybe they will invest it for a commercial style property.

Just building of the 3rd runway and support buildings etc, most of the village will be gone.

Third runway is being built to the north - Sipson and Harmondsworth being the villages effected. Stanwell is unlikely to be bulldozed until a 4th runway is needed by which time we will all probably be dead.
