Are you totally new to swinging/clubbing? If yes, I wouldn't recommend VA as your first club as it has only open play area. No private rooms. Unless you happy to be playing where everyone can see you, or just planning on socialising.

Saturday is couples and single ladies only.

Though the festival of fun is coming up on 3rd - 5th August. That will be an awesome weekend with loads of people there. Proper jumping in and having fun

VA is THE best club for beginners... Very relaxed, social, amazing hot tub and super friendly attractive guests.

There are special couples only areas but if you go on a Saturday it's couples only anyway. You should definitely give it a try.

I'm not sure why a couple of people are using this post to promote Jaydees? It's clear that this couple wanted to specifically attend VA and we're just asking which was the best night for couples!!

Can vouch for this. We went there as a newbie couple last month on a couples night. Sugar was very friendly and helpful. Great place for newbies, it’s so relaxed and no pressure from anyone. Great vibe and atmosphere.

Hi . For a first visit try the couples night on a Saturday. On arrival make sure you share with the lovely lady on reception. Then you will get a full tour of all the areas simple rules etc.

There’s a really large bar a little like the one in Cheers, this is a great place to get the vibe look around and catch people’s eyes and begin to chat. On one side is a dance floor and on the other is a snug with sofas, a bit like Friends! Slightly quieter here for better chatting! These are areas normally clothed and for the more nervous of us!

However through the passageway takes you to the lockers and then to the hot tub! An amazing place to meet people in a more intimate way ! Around the hot tub and next door are various sizes and shapes of beds to relax and play on!

For the more adventurous through the double doors is a room of serious toys , St Andrews cross etc!

All in all a room for every level of experience and comfort so relax enjoy to your level !

That's amazing, I think a night like this has a place as lots of people all feeling the same way definitely helps.

If I have newcomers in I always make sure they meet, it works well.

At VA's the dress code on entry is 'Dress to Impress'. No set rules but suggest something you are comfortable with. Some visitors bring a change of clothing to wear as the evening progresses. After we close the front door at 11pm, guests can come back into the bar and snug areas wearing just a towel, obviously sexy underwear, and sometimes, particularly on Saturday nights, nothing at all. The original dress code is purely optional from here on.

For ladies the choice is anything from outright sexy and revealing to more classy and formal but the choice is yours. No one is judgemental. Guys, depending on time of year, wear shirt (and sometimes tie), trousers or when the weather is as hot as now, maybe designer shorts. Please avoid well worn jeans or sports clothing.

When moving to the play areas, sexy underwear or a towel is fine (towels are in the lockers).

Above all, feel comfortable in what you are wearing and maybe bring several options.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday night.

I have been to most clubs in the U.K.

and VA is still my favourite, There is a designated couples only area,Once in the play rooms and around the jacuzzi the lighting is discreet

A Saturday night is ideal for first timers

There is a room for couples only that knowone really goes into which gives loads of privacy. We went to VA as newbs and loved it. It's nice and clean and no pressure environment. We are going next Friday for the Menage a Trois which is a great night. Say hi if your gonna be there x

When I was going to VA with my ex last year we found that Saturdays tended to be busier, so it had a better vibe; however, if you want a single guy, you’ll need to go on a Friday.

Staff are all lovely and will show you around on your first visit and put you at ease. Just try and relax and talk to people. If you aren’t smokers it would still be worth going outside in the fresh air where they congregate as conversation is usually flowing nicely.

Just be honest with people that it’s your first visit and they’ll all make you feel at home and put your nerves at rest.

VA is by far my favourite club and another great quality is that it is clean!

Just go and enjoy yourselves.

We’re here for a good time, not a long time!

Whilst it’s true there are no private rooms, the club is set out in a very clever way. The areas for play are different shapes sizes and heights. They are positioned in a very amazing way that allows discrete observation by some but not all nearby. Equally each area allows viewing and play at various levels and numbers of players. We have seen many couples playing together, (2) , and looking around at the personal porn show! Not everyone’s idea of a first club but it does meet most people’s wishes!

Apart from August, when it's the VA's Festival of Fun, the first Friday of the month is Bi-Night and generally restricted to guys who are Bi.

Other than that, any Friday night would be good. You need to register online via the club's website and then phone or e-mail the club in the week before the Friday you want to attend, to get on the guest list, as only 10 single guys are allowed.

Went to va for the first time on Wednesday... nice facilities...

found it difficult to get information for newbies out of the club. No tour offered, but it’s not very big and easy to work out.

Also found the demographic wasn’t well planned dunno if this was due to it being the school holidays but majority of single guys were 55+ so not a good mix. Still would like to try other events there and would go back on a wednesday once the kids are back at school

Bi night and belamour party is the first weekend and chic is that month as well.

Our review as newbies from 27/07/2018 I will probably be slated for this as everyone else seems to have such a good time but here goes. We’d been once before but to a daytime event, which was really fun.

This was our first time to VA at night. We found the club was lovely as spacious very and very clean. But then we found people where very clicky, (bordaline rude) despite our best efforts and chatting to people before we went (as I was scared of this) We was left feeling deflated and very unwelcome I won’t go into details as I don’t wanna dwel on things or seem petty. But it’s safe to say we probably won’t be back, or if we do it will be a different event.

Despite this we did meet one lovely couple who after chatting to them on here felt the same, which has made it feel so much better about things.

We’ve been to many clubs and never experienced this before.

But hay ho that’s life and like I said this was just our experience, seemingly very different to most peoples. Happy swinging Lou.

The club have a few rooms but they often fill up,fast, there are also some travel lodge etc types, but the nearest to serve breakfast would be the one at Wyboston Lakes, not the closest but still ok by taxi. To avoid looks from taxi drivers the club has a preferred taxi firm that are used to the club and thus no judgey looks!

Pop to the club site and the names of hotels and taxi firm are there, only fab doesn’t like those details in the forum! Lol

You have to register with the club on their website.

Think you can then just turn up as a single female... but there might be the odd event where you need to let them know
