Does anyone here have experience hiring out clubs to host private parties, or if you're a club owner, do you hire out your club?

A bit of background here: I run a private group of a hundred odd people who get together regularly for parties. Some are held in private houses but we've also hired out kink spaces for groups of 50-70 and had great fun (since most of us are into kink). The problem is that kink spaces don't normally have the same facilities as swingers clubs, like hot tubs, sauna's, glory holes or enough beds!

My thinking is that most clubs won't be available for hire on Saturdays or even Fridays (because that's their bread-and-butter), which is an issue since the event's really need to be at the weekend. Bank holiday Sundays might be a possibility, or winter months where a club might close maybe. Anywhere in the UK could be considered, but best would be centralish, since people are traveling from across the country.

Any suggestions? Thoughts?

I have previously held private events at clubs.

Speak to the club owner.

My events were held on a day that the club isn’t open on so the owner was happy for me to hire the club.

We are thinking of hiring out the club too as we will not be open all the time. But where you are locally, Blackpool maybe too far. Our club would also be good for kink fetish events.

We hire out all the time. We don't hire out on Saturdays but most Thursdays and Fridays are private hires.

We are fully booked for Fridays now until 2019 and even then, we only have around 12 Fridays left!

Thursday before Good Friday is available next year and we have some Sundays left this year.

We are a 4 storey venue with swinging facilities and top drawer Fetish facilities. holding the busiest fetish event in Northwest every month. We have a hot tub and sauna, outdoor area, several playrooms, licensed bar, lounge with dancefloor, pole, stage and PA system for music/bands.

Our fetish facilities are unbelievable....

We have a cellar dungeon with 3 jail cells, a padded cell with cctv, stretching racks, CBT benches, kneeling benches, an elevated puppy cage, stocks in a box and a gibbet.

We have 2 further fetish areas...one is a fully kitted out medical room/clinic with a dentist chair, screens, drip stands, stainless steel table and hospital grade flooring. The other dungeon area has a Fetters wheel, 9 x 9ft suspension cube, A Frame, gynae bench, body bags and slings and head cages.

We also have other kit dotted around the playrooms to make them dual purpose - 2 x St Andrews Crosses, both custom made, stocks, mantis chairs, kneeling benches etc....

We also have a sex swing and a closed in glory hole as well as a gloryhole between two beds. We have 2 private rooms, 4 group rooms, all kitted out with sheets and nice soft furnishings.

Our bathrooms are going through a refurb soon but we have 2 separate male/female toilets and 3 unisex toilet/shower rooms.

The Tipsy Unicorn bar is very cheap and is MASSIVE. We have 56 gins on our

bar right now, 11 vodkas and 8 whiskeys..just to give you an idea! lol

We provide towels, free condoms and lube and robes for the smokers who go outside for their fix and have dressed down.

We have full cctv around the building, an intercom system and a free secure car park for upto 50 cars.

We have been a private hire facility for 6 years and therefore very experienced in working with people who have specific party ideas and just need a reliable, clean,cheap, well managed venue in which to throw it!
