Have you tried the Gatehouse is Bolton hun? Always been Tgirl friendly due to the dedication of it's previous owner Dee.

If you're willing to drive outside of Manchester then there's Sauna Sauna in Northwich; they have a great TGirl afternoon every Wednesday

If you can do an evening, then we have TGirls in on every night...they bring glitz to our events

We're around 40 mins from Manchester xxx
