Hi,

You have to to the VA website and register. Then once approved just turn up or email them to let them know you are coming.

There is lots of details on their website about registering and membership.

I believe with it being a private clubs, you need to fill in a registration form which you can do online or in person, and bring your ID, and there is no charge for this.
