Bit of help needed here.

We are looking to visit somewhere new to play, I want to go to Chams and the other half wants to go to Cupids.

The one with the highest number of recommendations wins....

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

From what I`ve heard, both similar style of clubs, also, since I`ve only been to Chameleons it wouldn`t really be fair to comment either way, especially since I`d have to travel another 100miles on top of the 150 I have to travel to get to Chams! Having said that, Chams is brilliant!

NORTH WEST

Ive attended a variety of clubs around NW but still yet to venture outside n try Chams. I do have my favourite which is Cupids. Not cos its local to me but its so relaxed n quite a few private rooms so I dont have to play in open beds. As a single female I feel safe n always a warm welcome by the staff, they cant do enough for u. They can offer a variety of themed party nights which are very popular. For me Cupids all the way

Chams has more areas to socialise, but the clubs are fairly similar atmosphere wise.

Cupids is my local and it’s great but I love Chams. If they were a similar distance apart I think I’d be going to Chams....

Oooh that's a tough one I love both..Chams is my first love and I used to live local so could go often. I now go to Cupids as well and the reason why I go is because it reminds me of chams but its fresh and new to me.

I like both clubs.

Chams is the friendliest club I've ever been to.

Cupid's is smart and classy, but both clubs are totally different.

I'd recommend you try both.

Chan's is our fave club. We have never been to cupids. Always thought about trying it. I have a question. Do lots of couples go on a Saturday night. We don't mind single guys, but we also want to meet couples, or single ladies.

Unfortunately we can't do their couples night on a wednesday. Cheers for any advice xxxxx Suzi

We are loving Chams at the moment. We’ve been on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. And loved the venue and had brilliant nights.

Absolutely give both a try - Chams is without doubt a fantastic club, high praise that Cupids is comparable to it. Xx

Have been to both. Nothing against Cupid’s, which was friendly and welcoming, but Chams is in a league of its own. Play areas far busier and atmosphere electric. We prefer mixed nights rather than couples only wherever we go.

Been to both however although Cupids is a nice club chams would be our first choice out of the 2 even though it's an extra hour away

Thank you all for your feedback, much appreciated.

We’re off to Chams as soon as poss and because we are just so greedy we’re going to to go to Cupid’s the following time, probably with a bit of Atlantis in between

It's a few years ago since I've been to chams, but I did love the club,

Drinks are very reasonably priced to,

I found the bar there better for the social aspect which helps for getting to know people and they often have a dj. You can also have your phone in the bar area which I like.

I went to cupids last year, its bring your own booze which for some can be a good thing, as a club I thing it looks better and has a better feel.

However it took me by surprise when before I could enter the club area I was made to dress down and put my clothes and phone straight into a locker. I'm often undressed quick but I was put off when being forces to do it.

Saying that when I was considering clubs last night even though I'm from Sheffield I didn't consider la chams because the of the initial costs. (but if your a regular the membership would be worth it, Im sure it reduces negative visitors)

I will definitely be giving cupids another try,

Last night we decided on the attic which was awesome and I'd also recommend.

Based on feedback in here though it seems we should definitely be giving la chams another go. It is on my door step after all. Xx

You aren't allowed phones outside the changing rooms?

Been to both a few times but I much prefer Chams, plus if you both want to have a drink, Chams has accommodation.

Think you might be getting Chams (as in Chameleons - Darlaston) mixed up with La Chambre in Sheffield....
