Of course - but the usual rule of being invited to play is different. In a normal play situation someone needs to be invited to join in - but in a dark room, you can’t invite someone you can’t see. By being in a dark room, you are inviting people to play with you.

If they had an ‘uninvited cock in their face’ then yes absolutely they can say no - and no means no anywhere in a club. The difference is that putting an uninvited cock in someone’s face in another playroom would be grounds to be asked to leave, whereas in a dark room, it wouldn’t be (unless that person continued after being told ‘no’)
