Going to a club as a single lady

I’m trying to be brave enough to attend the Attic party tomorrow as a single lady. I’ve been a few times but as a couple. Not sure how common it is and whether I’ll stand out like a sore thumb! I’m not really shy but equally I’m not super outgoing.

Any single ladies been alone and was it really daunting?

The staff are really good at looking after single girls prefer going solo myself go have fun and enjoy x

I always used to go alone pretty much and had a great time. As a single woman you’ll find people are very chatty - whether interested in play or not - and I liked the flexibility to do as I wanted. Enjoy!

I completely understand how you are feeling and sometimes get really nervous going to clubs as a single lady, I am always glad that I have gone once there, nerves dissolve and people are very friendly and welcoming.

Met plenty of girls at route 69 and swingers quay who turned up on their own. Staff always look after and make sure they are kept safe. Never seen any mistreatment from other members too. Go on and have a great time

yes and smile, say hello to everybody or nod, put your things away, and head to the bar. I bet by the time you've been in there 15 minutes max, your nerves will have gone

Yes but I think it’s different when you’re alone. At first you don’t have anyone familiar to speak to or calm those nerves. I know I’ll be self conscious until I’ve started chatting to someone.

I go to a club on my own quite regularly, i now prefer it to going with someone. People are generally very friendly, and you're free to do what you want with who you want, and leave whenever you feel like it.

Bite the bullet and go for it, you'll be glad you did.

Chose Bi night as it’s more relaxed, less testosterone

The people in there will put you at ease, enjoy

First time I went on my own, I was terrified - for about 20 minutes!! After than, I relaxed & chatted & it was great.

Definitely easier when I was with G, but so glad I did it ... I’m there a lot on my own now & love it!!
