The Attic - Saturday 10th.

Hey I’m going to the Attic this Saturday for the first time, with the nerves and everything.

I’m looking to meet people who are going too so easier to socialise.

it’ll help when I get there as I don’t know what to expect

Tell them when you arrive that it is your first visit and someone will give you a tour of the club and explain the rules/etiquette.

Don't just sit by yourself or wander around aimlessly without chatting to people. Be friendly and sociable, you will have a much more enjoyable evening. People are very unlikely to invite you to play with them if you haven't had a natter with them first.

Go with no expectations of play and if it does happen then great, if not hopefully you will still have a nice night.

It is a party night on Saturday so the club should be pretty busy. I will be going with my FB and we are both looking forward to it.

Yes i am not expecting to get play time when I’m there, I’m more just looking to socialise atm x

I don't think i need a tour guide, the guy on the phone said that the staff would be more than helpful showing me around and things i need to know thanks anyway

OP sometimes when the club is busy the staff will ask regulars to do tours for newbies so they are not hanging around waiting for too long - I've done a few myself.

Also not all of the staff wear uniform so you wouldn't know they are staff unless you spot their talkie talkie.

Don't be surprised if another guest is the one to show you around and explain the rules/etiquette.
