Go yourself. If you go with someone they'll feel almost as tho you will expect play. You'd go into a pub on your own so go to a club on your own. I have plenty times

To be fair, yes. I can get socially awkward so having someone with me would solve a lot of nerves lol

Pick a club which has daytime open hours, and pop in for a look. It’s likely to be quiet then, so less ‘in your face’, and the ‘fear factor’ will have gone for your next visit. Seriously mate, swing clubs ‘ain’t all that’, they’re just bars with an alcohol licence or bring your own, with a nightclub feel or not, and either dress down or smart casual, and either have hot tubs or don’t lol.
