We went there a couple of times. Strange club. Amazing swimming pool. It was like swimming in a bath as it was so warm. Must have cost a fortune to heat it like that

Sadly it was a bit to go down market to try and get punters in and had to resort to prostitutes to try and get the single men in. The last time we went some jerk had vandalised the door to the sauna so we gave up trying to frequent it as could tell it was in serious decline.

I did read the article in the daily mail and recognised the rooms

Was my (mr)first experience at a club with a previous partner ,pool was amazing as was a massive orgy room, private alcoves, pool table, was a fantastic place. Sad to see it decline, drive past occasionally and it’s sad to see it derelict

We used to go on a Sunday to chill - yes the pool was so hot we used to do our washing while we were there lol.

It changed managers a few times over a couple of years - last ones we knew were Tony and Louise.

Remember the big garden at the side with the giant conifer trees? In the summer we'd all go out there and fuck with porno's projected onto the wall of the building.

There was that 'strange' girl with the 'spray' that she said you didn't need to use a condom if you sprayed it on !!!! She was funny but every so slightly mad.

There were some crazy events there.

Great memories.

Blast from the past

Utopia had great facilities.

Facilities that would put some clubs to shame nowadays.

Was a shame when it went downhill before it finally closed.

Fond memories of the old place though
