MANCHESTER

So I'm after going to my first club. My nearest clubs are Cupids or amours around Manchester. I've been wanting to go for a long time but nerves have got the better of me. I think once I break my duck there will be no stopping me. Any advice people?

Best advice is to just go Let the club know you're new and they'll show you round and probably introduce you to the regulars. I know Cupid's is good for doing that.

If you're shy then maybe look to team up with another guy and go together so you have someone to chat to. If it's a party night, check out the guest list and say hi to anyone on it who are looking for guys. Explain that you're new and would appreciate the chance to chat with them there.

When you do go; smile, look cheerful and approachable. Explain that it's your first time and ask about their experiences.

Don't expect anything to happen beyond just having a drink, a chat and maybe a watch of any open action. Anything else will be a bonus

What the heck goes on at these clubs if anything gets broken?!

I'm looking to head to Cupids for the first time in the near future buddy, so I'm happy to do the moral support thing
