Hi everyone, I'll be attending CJ's for the first time on the 27th. I've not met anyone as yet or been to a club. I'm looking for advice on etiquette, do's and don'ts etc

I'm sure you know the general rules, so just enjoy your night out. Don't expect anything and put pressure on the whole experience. People are really friendly and I think there'll be quite a few first timers on Wednesday. Check the other post that's kicking about on here and maybe get in touch with some of those people before you go.

Have a great time! Shame I'm missing this one, seems to be a really good crowd going x

No that's the point. First time for everything, hence why I'm asking. Even if someone wants to reach out I'm happy to pay the entry fee as a couple, that way I can give anyone a lift etc (don't drink) and can be directed a little if that makes sense? I'm actually not expecting anything, but look at it as a start.

Hi

Have you booked in? Take ID with you first you go. Someone will give you a tour of the place. Play rooms upstairs and social areas down stairs.

Kitchen has buffet and tea/coffee making facilities. Bar has free soft drinks.

Join the chat in the other forum post and say hello. I’ll be going on the 27th.

Hi.

As Pringles said, don't go along expecting to get anything, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it more. The people that go along expecting to "play" and don't get it, end up saying it was a bad night.

Just say Hiya to people when you meet them in any of the downstairs areas, treat it like a night in a normal bar. However saying that, be careful with your alcohol consumption, don't go to the stage where you start acting like an idiot.

If you venture upstairs, don't be a pest, and be respectful of others "at play". The rooms are all "named" with basic rules so you'll know which rooms you can go into or not.

Also when you do go upstairs the first time, take a couple of minutes to read all the rules that are on the walls of the landing. But the basic tour should cover it all off for you.

Thank you ladies. Yeah I've booked in. I wasn't expecting anything to be honest. I haven't even met anyone, but see it as an introduction more than anything else. As for alcohol, I haven't drank since my early 20's so a wee while ago. Anyway I'll be driving so if anyone from my neck of the woods needs a lift, they are more than welcome. Look forward to seeing you both x
