Chameleons Club Darlaston

I’ve found this place on the net as I’m going to be in the area (ish) on Monday. I’ve never been to a club before and would be going solo, is there the chance that any of you lovely people could tell me a little bit about the place, what to expect etc.?

Any information or advice would be genuinely appreciated to help me decide whether or not I should give it a go. Thank you.

I've not been to chams yet but have heard very good things about it.

As far as I'm aware you need to be a member. I would suggest you contact the club to check as many clubs are not accepting single men for membership at the moment because they already have large numbers so are operating a waiting list.

Chams is great. But be aware Monday in BI night. Which I personally love as it is a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Definitely give them a ring because I think there is a waiting list for single male membership at chams.

It's a great club if you are able to get a membership we go as often as we can

Monday's are Bi night and it's great fun.

This was our fave club for years. Been to several and still go back here even though it’s a fair drive. Biggest club we’ve seen yet. People are friendly. Loads of rooms. 2 huge jacuzzis. We are in Manchester and always chose to drive be down there as we enjoyed it so much

As others have said -

Ring them first as there is a waiting list for single guys.

And Mondays are for bi guys, they don't or didn't the last time I was there on a Monday, allow straight guys in on that night.

Thank you to everybody who has replied, it’s very much appreciated. I will give them a call but it looks like I may be out of luck if there is a membership waiting list and they won’t allow me to just pay in as a one off guest.

You should really take note of the fact it's bi night on Monday's and your profile says you're straight. They will not allow single, straight men in on Monday's, that's a strict rule.

I know several guys in recent years who have been allowed to go in Chams as a one off (or two off) visit. They still had phoned and emailed ahead of the day though getting agreement that they would be allowed in ... so its always worth a try.

It depends what kind of people you want to meet?. I've been once and i didn't think much of it at all. Not my type of crowd,but the club itself is very nice!

Chameleons is a great club and worth the wait to join. It is large, but due to lots of rooms it never feels too full or empty (except when the Buffett was on and the bar area was rammed!)

Lots of different areas to socialise from hot tubs to dance floor (on Friday and I assume Saturday night only).

The people I have approached have all been either friendly or uninterested in chatting ; I have never felt anyone has been rude to me as a single guy.

Mind you I err on the side of caution and don't linger if I get the impression someone isn't interested. That doea mean that I have missed out on play opportunities because I didn't pick up on any signs. Still I would rather miss out on play than be seen as harassing anyone.

Play should never be expected, but if you're in good shape, not bad looking and above all polite and sociable, then you could well find couples or single ladies at Chameleons who may indulge with you in a good time.

Luckily I have been fortunate enough to have some people get in touch through fab to explain they were interested and we managed to arrange a meet at Chams to remedy the situation

Nah mate. Went with my female friend. She didn't like it either. I lie to you not. There was 3 couples that we found attractive enough to play with. That's piss poor ratio for a club which on that night had easily 60-80 people attend that night. But each to their own.

We have been Chams a few times now and totally enjoyed it very friendly relaxed atmosphere staff there are brilliant the club it's self is excellent, however we have not gone on a Monday as this is bi night, but can say on every visit we have done we have totally enjoyed

Monday's are very busy. They open at 2pm and it busy for most of the night.
