i think im ready to go to my First Club but i would need to go with a partner a nice young/ish lass ?? im realy nervous and shy but with the right lady im ready to make this Step

Why do you need a lady to go with? Many women (myself included when I was single) are more than happy to go to clubs alone, why aren’t you?

Why do you need someone to go with?Clubs are great fun to visit alone as well as with someone,a night in a club is what you make it.If you can't visit one without someone to hold your hand,then maybe clubs aren't for you

sorry if I sound harsh,but you wouldn't need accompanying to a pub or a party,so why would you need accompanying to a club?

People wouldn't go to a pub on their own so it's a stupid comparison. Women ask for a buddy for their first club visit and they are showered with love and hugs. Weird that.

Maybe try the Meets forum section. Or some clubs do social events which are an easier way for your first time.

Consider meeting people from here and you maybe will get someone who would like it.

Otherwise as it's cheaper for a man accompanied by a woman, it can seem like a cheapskate idea and where the woman may be restricted, so she could lose out.

If you go alone the challenge is better for you to learn how to make it work

Really? Best tell G (and I would happily go to the pub on my own back in my pre kid days)

I really do think if you can go into a pub and chat to a stranger at the bar you'll be fine in a club (and if you can't do that I wonder whether you are going to struggle in a club regardless of whether you go with a buddy)

Be brave OP, I think there are a raft of drawbacks to going with someone you aren't part of a couple with but very few for going solo.

True, every time I have a social meet with someone here in a pub I bring my mum with me so I don’t do go to the pub alone

I think going to the pub is a totally different ball game to walking into a sex club for the first time so can understand anyone being nervous, it isn't a bad thing

To the OP, if you don't find anyone, maybe try one of the club nights where there will be lots of people from here going, you may get a chance to talk to some of them before you go so might be a bit less nervous. If you let people know you are nervous I am sure the club and anyone going will be supportive as they were probably nervous the first time too

I can fully understand why he's nervous,regardless whether he can talk to people at a pub,which is nowhere near the same thing. What I think you need to do put up a meet but state that you'll pay your own way and just need a chaperone for the night and nothing is expected from the meet

I completely agree with this! I always feel for single guys at clubs but the ones that just say hi and chat to people soon relax and enjoy themselves xx

thank you for your reply and no i can not go to a pub on my own it would be so akward and no i dont want to join a couple profile!! i just want a women to go to club with i drive so its me giving the lady a lift

Haters or people with differing opinions ?

I’d think through going with someone else unless you have a good agreement beforehand. To me it sounds awkward. Do you expect them to stay with you the whole night?

What if they want to play and you aren’t invited?

What if they want to leave early and you are playing?

Etc etc
