Never been to a club before so not sure how it works as such.Am eager to try the experience of a club.i usually fly into London so would be ideally somewhere in the London area.Ideally would love to have someone to accompany me to the club as I'm not sure I'd go alone given my lack of experience of the club scene

Anyone interested in accompanying me or letting me tag along with them? I promise to speak slowly so you all understand my Irish accent!!

Just search which club is nearest while you’re in London, check their website to see when single guys are allowed in, call the club a day or two in advance to ensure single guy numbers aren’t limited for the night you’re planning to attend, then just turn up on that night, with whatever photo id they’ve asked for. Every club will show a ‘newbie’ around, then just try to relax and take in whatever atmosphere is there at the time. You may enjoy your visit, or you may not. The worst that will happen is you’ll have spent a bit of money on something that isn’t your thing, but at least you gave it a go

Have you considered other areas of the UK?

Many clubs have waiting lists for single men to obtain membership and they are very expensive too.

There are a few clubs in the east midlands that do not require membership and don't charge extortionate entrance to single men.

I would suggest the attic in derby on a Saturday night. You could fly into east midlands airport. Catch the bus from the airport to derby and stay either in the club accommodation or a city centre hotel. The club charge £25 for single men with no membership required.

It might be worth researching flights, accommodation and clubs in the north of England too.

Kestrels/ abfabs is just next to Heathrow airport and you don't need to apply for membership in advance - can join on the door. You do have to pre-book on Fridays as a single guy and Saturdays are couples only.

No you don’t, plenty of people go it alone to clubs. Just be socialable and friendly, there will be loads of people to talk to there.

Maybe...but I honestly feel lime some company would help me.I don't know how it works in clubs but having someone there might ease the uncertainty.im sure it's no different than any party though in terms of getting chatting and having a laugh with people, but then I'm guessing there is probably a few unwritten rules that id have no idea about.

Definitely got to be Kestrel Hydro/Abfabs for you as it’s not far from T5 at Heathrow. Great place to go to and friendly.

Le Boudoir let single men in on their own on a Friday night, it's in the east end and a stunning club.

Thanks very much.As for reason I said Irish it's because we generally don't have a club scene here and I wouldn't have friends in the UK that could accompany me,also I wouldn't know the London or UK area well enough to know exactly where the club's are located etc.
