I've had sex in both states and would have no problem giving consent.

On those grounds I feel that a tipsy person is in full mental control and would have no problem. D*unk.. in a club.. Not my cup of tea if I'm honest.. but 25yr old me would have loved it..

As for consent.. I'd sit back and see what happens. Let her take control. If I was concerned enough that she was so d*unk that there were consent issues.. I'd be gone. I'd look for a friend of hers and make sure she's looked after.. not drowning in her own vomit in the hot tub.

Sex and alcohol go hand in hand for a lot of us.. personally I prefer a stone cold sober woman who knows exactly what she wants.. drinks to boost confidence or let guards down if needed.. but not d*unk.. d*unks aren't even fun to talk to if you're sober.. let alone kiss.

I would say it is better to avoid, if there is any doubt of how tipsy/d*unk, someone is. Could be a comeback and do you really want to be with someone who is under the influence! At a house party at mine a few drinks later and she was causing arguments

My advice would be to ensure someone else is present who can vouch for the fact that she was compis mentus and not completely legless. Preferably two people in fact, to ensure that the only reliable witness isn;t just one of her friends.

If all else fails, just have an innocent smooch, swap numbers and prepare to let that one go. It really isn't worth any potential comebacks.

From the male POV, I think you really just have to assess exactly how wasted she actually is.
