"a couple of questions for those in the know.... if we arrive in the afternoon and stay untill late we will have a bag with us (change of clothes, towels etc)... is there anywhere to keep the bag safe?... there are lockers in the club but I assume these will be quickly used up. I guess Im asking are there going to be additional lockers (like at Download etc) Is the usual evening dresscode for VA going to be relaxed? is it likely that the club will be rammed as its relatively small?.. i.e we may not be able to use the play areas? can we take our own drink during the day? ... I assume so as those camping presumably have booze and lastly... I assume cameras are allowed as its not going to be possible to police the use of cameraphones... we arnt bringing a camera or interested in taking pics.... Its more a case of appearing in the Scum on the monday morn (a la Swingfields) that we are nervous about ta for any info looking forward to it xxx" I can answer some of that. We have always unloaded the car and setup, then moved the car back to the carpark. We have never had any issue security wise but if you did want to keep stuff in the car it will be less than a 5 minute walk away. You can throw a stone at the car park from the campsite | |||

"ok despite what has been said above re ID ... below is the 'official' txt recieved.. bottom line is even as registered VA club goers (like us) ... you still need to bemring ID and sign in hth ps an FAQ on the VA site would be the way to go next time to avoid all the confusion ===============%======= Your entry code for FOF is xxxxxx Please note camping arrivals are between noon and 9pm We do not supply towels for the tub this weekend so don't forget to pack them You will need to bring your code and ID for each person with you, you will need to come to club reception on arrival to gain entry and to sign a behaviour disclaimer same as previous years. "I am very excited. I know the camping is completely sold out (as is of course the hotel). I believe all the single guy tickets for Friday have also gone, and there are some couples tickets available for either or both nights. I'm sure it's going to be a massively busy and fun festival and I'm very much looking forward to partying with you all ay the weekend. New friends to make and many to catch up with....bring it Festival Of Fun.... No spoke to club and they said someone had found it and they were going to give it to us but still not got and just about to head home now "Hi. A lady did find it in the shower and told me about it after you spoke to me. I tried to find you but had no luck. She was staying in a caravan and leaving this morning. all our clothes, erm, fell off and we ended up going back to the hotel in towels.... next morn we forgot that we had left all our clothes in the car and had to check out in towels again! .... thankfully they were our own ....
