If you are a member of a club and there is an event using the club are you still able to attend on that evening? Would obviously dress as per the required event dress code and so forth, just curious that if a member turned up and was not on guest list would they be refused entry, trying to sort out club visits and don't want to get a sorry you're not on list scenario.

Newcastle and Gateshead

i guess it would obviously depend on the clubs.... but i have never known a club where they are are having a party night say that the particular type of dresswear is manditory......

surely the answer would be to call the club in question and ask.....

Guest lists are not usually too difficult to get onto if you're a couple. Might be less easy for a single guy especially if not known to the organisers.

Unless its a private party tickrt only event then go as you would normally, people have different states of attire and are not strictly adhered to even on events nights

That's fine at our parties, and alot of others. Some parties effectively take over the club for the evening and you have to get on their guest list, even if you are a member at the club.
