When I was living in Southampton, I heard about this place (Donkey Dicks) through some friend's at another private club called Junction 2 based near the new forest in Hampshire. I rang up, left a message and thought nothing of it until this guy rang me up asking if I'd like to make a movie with this (so-called) porn star from Cardiff... so I said yes and went along on the Sat night as planned. When I arrived, I noticed alot of camper vans parked on the street which I thought was really odd but nevertheless, parked in a nearby supermarket and knocked on the door... I went in and it was like a scene from Schindler's List as I've never seen so many old, ugly men all stood about totally naked desperately wanking their cocks hard. I sat down on this horrible brown leather settee and was told to undress and wait, I was also offer viagra for £5 a pill. We all just sat there in complete silence until he escorted her through from the kitchen holding some cheap Iceland nibbles and was told to start fucking her... it was the most bizarre evening that I've ever experienced and left straight away (My cars parked illegally, or some excuse!) And never returned... fast forward several years and it doesn't surprise me from what I've read on the net, he seemed like a dodgy guy so unfortunately got what he deserved.

I'll put that one down to "experience"

The reviews I read about it being a terrace reminded me of a party I attended many years ago. Must have been 20-25 people there. Probably 5 couples and the rest guys. I did stop and play that time, but on reflection felt for the neighbours, so not the kind of thing I'd do again. Not in such numbers to be a nuisance anyway.

Hard to believe or not it was the case it was about 3 years ago when I worked in Salisbury and was made aware of him I contacted admin and reported it but never recieved a reply to be asked to provide any evidence.

To be fair, someone with a past conviction can clean up their act. Past offenses are no proof of current ones being committed.

you're not in a position to comment conclusively yourself are you? you're not privvy to the police intel and if you were then you shouldn't even be commenting on this thread ... the salisbury journal said " the police raided the house amid concerns of prostitution and sexual exploitation, but found no evidence of either at the time." .... i think i am entitled to guess that they did the usual kind of surveilance that they carry out before a bust ... at the least they would've had to present evidence to a magistrate to secure the warrant to enter the premises

no but ive had emails from " the accused " and this site and he told me what happened ..i didnt read it in the press..when have they let the truth get in the way of a good story .. "the salisbury journal said "...must be true then , if they said it .

ive been busted a couple of times in the past.. no surveillance was carried out before . the warrant was issued on the word of a nasty neighbour with a grudge.. pretty much what has happened here .

I am amazed RH had amassed so many fabulous ratings, avoid ratings always dissappeared! His age never changed... But what alarms me is the fire risk his venue presented... Can not believe that he ever had a permit to operate a private members only club, smoking aloud on first floor, stairs to attic very narrow, occasionally up to 20 people up there, and for a long time only one point of exit and that door normally locked after ten... Doorman not always on the door as they wanted to play.... Dangerously bad...

There were always staff at the door, make that clear.

More likely someone saw an occasion when there was nobody at reception.

Next thing you know they're writing about it, someone else adds their bit and so it goes.

I'm not defending the place either but I am free to point out any inaccuracies.

I've been to ricks many times. But after hearing he got prison time for what he done to them girls. I sure am not supporting him. Past or not. Can say I was surprised when I seen the papers it but not shocked. And the worse thing is he's seeing an 18 year old girl. Sure age doesn't matter but I would be avoiding young girls if I had past history like that

I use to Attend Ricks parties and I can verify he was a great host n made sure everyone had a good time before himself.

Music was never played loudly, infact rather too quietly!

He also always had a strict rules asserting no playing after 3 am, the staff use to sleep in the lockable rooms making a good deterant to that.

It was a private members club ( fab members only ) and he had all the certificates on the wall for fire safety! !

RIck also kindly used his plot of land to build a path for all his neighbours round the back of his house so I wouldn't go as far in saying he's neighbour for hell.

He might have a dark past but everyone's entitle to redeem themselves and apart from his disclosure of his age I always found him to be a genuine honest bloke!!

The south has now lost 2 good clubs in Donkey Dicks and Abfabs, so maybe more support would be good rather than negative slandering! !

If Abfabs is closing (as has been rumoured for a couple of years) then I guess it's because of the lack of planning permission that has got it in to that situation .

There's no need to say why Din key Dicks was closed down.

Maybe it shouldn't be about giving clubs more support but clubs doing things by the book?

Out of interest if Rolf Harris or some other child abuser started to run a club that you liked would you give them the second chance you think everyone deserves ? He is no different to any other child abuser. He took young impressionable and often vulnerable children and used them for his own pleasure and gain. Let's not paper over this and make out it was a one off mistake it was systematic abuse of vulnerable young women often with drink and drugs. Interesting to see your response had it been a Asian grooming gang not good ol rick from donkey dicks !!!

Abfabs is well and truly open and how on earth can you put DD and Abfabs in the same category?

Abfabs is run by a professional team of staff who value everyone's safety and security.

I knew Ric but not about his past. It's awful and yes a disgrace being allowed to run a club like that. The last time I ever went the place was raided and that was about 4 years ago. I vowed never to go again.

I don't understand how people can defend him, he has abused lots of young women and used vulnerable people sexually for his personal gain, 1 that was under age. whether its now or in the past,he has shown he can't be trusted. It makes me wonder what else he is upto that we don't know about. . serving the time won't never make the abused victims of his greed better.

That said, DD's never appealed to me being in a terraced house. It struck me that a small house party might be ok but not regular "club" nights. "

It never appealed to me not only for being a terraced house in a residential street but also for the fact that he made unsolicited approaches to me and other women on here offering to host parties for us. A good club does not need to pursue members like that. Yes they all want to encourage single females but that's not the way to go about it.

After he approached me (despite me being in Yorkshire) with his offer of a gangland with a carefully selected group of men I asked various questions about his licences etc. I was immediately blocked. Any decent club will happily answer, swingers clubs have to operate very carefully writhing tight restrictions and badly run ones can taint the water for the rest.
