Don't think the government in turkey would allow swinging clubs. Very conservative president there now

you can go to every of beach with topless no problems and also some of places in turkey there is a nude beachs.there is no swingers clup on arround but there is in istanbul city and ankara city.So you can go to there also few turkish couples is swingers in turkey .but they are closer.you can find in twitter on turkish.

I suggest you get a prepaid foreign office help card, a large stock of antibiotics and learn Turkish and Arabic, also if you don't like it up the arse Turkish jails may be a challenge.
