Club entice preston

Seems like this place has fell off the planet, they claimed it was an upholsterer that caused the delay.....I find that hard to believe after this length of time. The council are still saying the place has no licence and it can open once they do, but the owners deny this.

What's going on???

I was at another club yesterday and people there seemed to think it won't happen at all. Shame
