Hi all, never been to a swingers club, but I've been recommended by a friend to go try it out. I don't trust the guy enough to go at the drop of a hat. Anyone here think it's worth it?

I definitely think it is worth it, as long as you are presentable and confident enough to chat to people - and go in with the right attitude (i.e. don't expect to play but if it happens its a bonus).

I have been to three clubs for a proper visit now and have been lucky enough to have played each time - but I still don't go expecting that.

Lots of clubs are much less than 50 quid for a guy to get in. On weeknights some places are a tenner for gents, and most of the clubs I go to are 25 or 30 on weekends for guys.

OPs local is Quest in Leeds , which is byo drink. A cheap fun night out socialising, and getting to understand the scene has got to be worth it. Anything else is a bonus.

Depends what you mean by worth it? If you mean will you get to meet other Like minded friendly people then yes. If you mean will you get a guaranteed leg over then the answer is no. If you put the effort in then yes it's worth going, no effort then it's not for you

any club will tell you you are paying for the facilities... and if anything else happend then that it is a bonus.... but for anything else to happy you still have to work at it...

Exactly this. I've visited two clubs, and have yet to lose my 'club virginity'. The club scene is not for everyone, and the experience is probably miles away from what you may think. That being said, you might like it. Only one way to find out....

Jaydees is a nice little club which is near you and is 25 or 30 for a gents entry I think.

However, you need to rethink your idea of a "successful" night - you may need to go a few times to socialise and mingle and get yourself known before being invited to play. The mentality of a success being sex will ruin your night and most likely turn you into one if the wanking zombies that you see in every club, who don't talk to anyone and just hover around in silence with their cock on their hand

That said, I would also make sure that I was gym fit, squeeky clean and in great shape overall mentally and physically.

Jaydees is cheaper for single guys ,and we enjoy inviting single guys to join in with the fun . The only ones who go and waste their money are the ones who don't get into conversation with people or just walk around Or go around hunting searching for those having sex , the rude ones who try to grope . I bloody hate this mindset. There could be hundreds of women looking for sex in a club but not one of them wants to fuck you.

The last time I was at Libs I was turned down twice and I'm very happy that the men who said no did. Shows that attraction matters to them. Both of them were involved in the social scene, chatting, flirting and laughing and I'm pretty sure they had a fantastic evening.

Ok. So. I started swinging in February and I love it. Look at it like a working mens club with an annual fee. I have massive self confidence issues with the way I look but do very well at clubs because im polite and corteaous and good conversation.

Most of my Veri's are from socials very few from clubs. I generally only use this site to find new places to meet people for socials and hang out but even with that mindset I feel clubs (In london i might add) are barley worth it.

If your going to get laid then don't even bother is my opinion. the moment you enter with that mind set you've missed the point and end up giving single men a harder time.

If however you are going to meet new friends and find a comfortable place to chat and relax do it. but be prepared to pay for the experience.

Given my out goings i can only afford to go once or twice a month here in London as most places (bare in mind i live in central and don't currently drive) are around £50 - £60 per night. even then that's on nights when single guys are welcome.

Given the alternative which is look for people here where there is 15 men to every single woman you have a better chance of having a great time and making new friends.

Now if you are looking at it from the mindset of making friends your better option is to find a social and meet people that way. from my own experience it's cheaper and people are all there generally with the same plan.

From there i feel you can decide if you like people and want to party with them.

Being a GENUINE single male in my personal opinion that's the best way forward.Be yourself and if your a dick be Polite and friendly and open to new people.
