any one know if hotel levante in Benidorm is a swingers club?

If you mean Hotel Levante Club then no it's not.

There are actually no swinger clubs at all in Benidorm.

However the Hotel Primavera (Poniente side of the old town) has recently opened a swinger area within the hotel.

There is a thread in the Spanish section with more details.

Caution!!! Do not confuse the Hotel Primavera with the Primavera Park hotel and apartments, they are two totally different properties.
