Booked our hotel for the festival. Don't know what we should be wearing? Is it more casual than normal nights? We know it's retro just want some ideas please xx

It's more casual during the day. But the ladies do tend towards sexy. Usually he weather is scorching so hotpants, miniskirts and short shorts. Guys casual.

In the evening it's 80's on Friday, 90's on Saturday fancy dress or the usual dress code applies I believe.

Have you been before? Every one we have been to has been such an awsome weekend...

Brilliant. We are camping so if it goes quieter up the club end wonder down onto the campsite. The party doesn't stop for three days lol.

You have to book tickets with the club for the whole event. But the campsite is just open access. There's a bunch of us that usually go out for a meal at the Crown Inn on Saturday, then come and go from the campsite throughout the day. You're more than welcome to join us

We usually go with a bikini for her and t-short and shorts for him in the foam. Both outfits usually last about a minute before disappearing.

Then comes the walk of shame, when you have to navigate through 100s of people to the shower, wearing nothing but foam

Food is available all day and most of the night. The club is fully licensed so will have bars both inside the main club and out in the grounds. No real dress code (apart from naked!) If getting involved in the foam, a change of clothes is recommended. Seriously though, some will dress up in a sexy outfit, others will prefer shorts and tee shirt. The normal 'Dress to Impress' code goes by the wayside for Festival of Fun.

Tickets for general entry (without camping) should be available right up to the Festival. Due to available space, camping plots are limited in number and are only for the whole weekend and until sold out.

Try phoning after 11am tomorrow or Friday (office is closed on Wednesdays) to purchase your tickets.

It's pretty casual in the day, last year was about 50/50 who dressed with the theme, of you don't wanna dress to the theme I just go for something sexy.

The bar inside the club will accept cards using the locker key tab system. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the outside bar and café will only be able to accept cash.

There will be other camper vans there and the accommodation on the camping field has been organised to cater for a certain number of these. If you have not already made contact with the club, I would suggest you do so as soon as possible.

Apologies for that although I have been able to get through on the phone today. The office is open from 11am until 8pm although, because of deliveries etc., is sometimes diverted to voicemail. Unfortunately tickets are not available online. Entry tickets for couples and single ladies can be reserved in advance but will also be available on the day. Camping must be pre-booked. I would advise to try phoning again but remember the office is closed on Wednesdays.

Hi guys. I am part of the team but am not there during the week. I managed to get through on the telephone yesterday but there is a lot going on in preparation for the festival. Try again tomorrow or Friday and the club will be open from 8pm on Friday night so there will definitely be someone on reception then. Tickets for non-campers will not run out and will be available on both Friday and Saturday nights of the festival but it would be best to book in advance. Apologies for any problems but as they say "no pain, no gain".

Can I remind Festival visitors that they need to bring their own towels. On normal club nights, VA's provide fluffy white towels to all visitors but due to the number of guests at Festival and the lack of available staff time to wash them, this unfortunately will not be possible over the Festival weekend.

The Festival can be whatever you want it to be. Lots of likeminded people socialising and having some fun in a safe and friendly environment. Personally I would say yes it would be suitable.

I would certainly say yes as it's a no pressure environment and many staff around making sure people are enjoying themselves.

In our opinion it would be perfect. You'll both meet loads of different characters in the scene and have chance to mix and socialise with like minded people. The play areas will be rammed, full on busy but the play areas arnt your only options should you choose to dip a toe

So looking forward to the FOF, outfits sorted...move over Wham! Last year I wore just stockings & hubby his budgies in the very sexy foam party which is not to be missed. We will be camping from midday Friday to Sunday and there's space in our tent for any lonely strays! Meeting up with friends and the more the merrier. Our advice would be to walk through the campsite & say hello to everyone, don't be shy it's more fun if you've the balls to mingle!

It's the 6th annual Festival of Fun in the grounds of The Vanilla Alternative in Tempsford, Bedfordshire on 4th and 5th August. All the details are on the Festival page of the club's website. Very few camping pitches are left but there are 4 very local hotels and tickets for non-campers are available either in advance from the club or will be available on the door of the Festival for couples and single ladies. There is a charge for camping.

If you can camp then do that. It's a brilliant atmosphere on the campsite usually and this year is going to be packed.
