Clubs don't discriminate against sexuality, but they don't let single guys in on certain nights and you will probably pay more then a female or couple!

Also, just to add, as a bi guy myself I've found that female/female play is fine, and nobody bats an eye, but guy/guy play can be too much for a few in the scene, so bear that in mind
