FabSwingers.com forum: Chams or Xtasia for the single guy

I'd appreciate some feedback on which club you might think would be more suited to a single guy.

I've never been to a club before but would like to attend one on a regular basis (perhaps once or twice per month).

As a single guy which is friendlier, which is the best night and which is suited to a single guy finding meets? I'm looking to meet single women and couples.

Any current or past members able to help?

Personally I would say xtasia. Chams has a waiting list for guys although to be fair sometimes I wonder about there selection process as some of the guys on a fri night can be pushy and it can feel like a cattle market. Mid week is a good time to go to xtasia too it's quieter but you get a chance to talk to people before engaging in play.

I'm a member of chams always been friendly when I've been there. Single guys have been respectful. Can't comment on xtasia never been

they are all very different. some are more music/ dancefloor orientated and some are wet/ dress down orientated and some have some facilities and not others..my advice is to try a few, to find where you like or choose a place that makes you feel comfortable, by its offerings.

Being members of both clubs we tend to favour Chams, we find the people there a lot easier to talk to and have visited on fri, sat and sundays and never had a problem with single men, a polite no and they retreat.

As for Xtasia we used to go all the time but found it very clicky the last few times we went and unless you knew people there couldn't talk to anyone let alone play!

Chams all the way, the staff are very professional, don't be deterred by the waiting list as they're isn't always one. Personally I've never found the guys there disrespectful. You also have the added option of bein signed in as a guest to see if you like it first X

I've been to Chams many times, but I'm starting to get put off by the comments on some recent threads... single men are both the problem and a symptom it seems.

How bad are Fridays? I was thinking of popping in, but if I'm going to be one of dozens of pariahs, I'll skip it. Does "it's getting quieter as Christmas approaches" apply to male meat market night too?

I went on Friday and there were a lot of couples there, me and another single commented on how many there were as it was unusual for a Friday. Or maybe there were just less single guys, which made the couples stand out more.

I go to a club to meet single men, never had any trouble from them, but I've had inappropriate comments made from half of a couple which I just laugh off. I want to meet single men so I want them to attend clubs, but can completely understand why many don't want to go, from cost and others comments.

Chams and xtasia both great clubs in my opinion but if the OP wanted to try xtasia then go on a FFFF party night as it's free entry and you can try it before buying a membership.

Or for social meets you could always try Flirts (for free) and then decide if you wanted to go for membership. Check out the Xtasia website for details.
